Not what I expected

Nice product, but doesn't taste like the sour cream I'm used to, rather more like buttermilk. I'll make use of it, but don't think I'll be ordering again.

Convenient

The sour cream powder is convenient. I don't have to be concerned about whether the sour cream is too old, just mix it up stick it in the refrigerator and you are set.
