Great little scooter!

I was first impressed with the customer service when I received an introductory phone call right after ordering. There were two issues with the scooter, but I didn't hesitate to call customer service because they'd already introduced themselves. The issues were remedied immediately and replacement parts quickly arrived. The price for the scooter was less than through other sites, and delivery was fast. A solid 5 stars!
