Our product arrived promptly and was easy to install on our 18ft pontoon boat. The steps are easily to lift and close up. We purchased the extension tool with the clip. Love it! We had a questions about a few minor issues (lost a pin, wanted flush screw) and the company was very responsive with suggestions and solutions at no cost to us. FYI We have a 7 year old, 70 lb lab, who loves the steps and can easily navigate them independently with ease. It makes being on the water with here so much more comforting and enjoyable. No need to to haul her back into the boat. Back saving!
