Ginger Citrus Tuna Steak

I’m not a fan of tuna but I thought this might be worth a try. The tuna steak is firm with good flavor but I didn’t detect any citrus ginger flavor. The side was good and fit well with it. My opinion is that this is a middle of the road dish- nothing special, just ok

Love the tuna , not as much a fan for the rice noodles, and your zucchini is always unpredictable
