This is good, but you may want to try finely ground pork skins as a coating rather than almond flour. I've done Keto for a few years now and previously used almond flour and coconut flour in my dishes but discovered ground pork skins as a tasty no-carb alternative with a high fat content which is a plus for someone on Keto.

This is one of my favorite meals and I order it every time it's offered. The fact that it is breaded makes for a change in the standard Keto fare.

By far one of their best meals. I would even say it’s the perfect meal. I wish it was available more.
