It was good but I would like it better with a few changes. 1. Omit the zucchini and add more spinach and dried tomato. 2. Use a light marinara sauce. 3. Add bits of mozzarella (fresh is best).

Great taste, but to be honest a few of the pieces of artichoke hearts were a bit tough.

Very tasty and fresh. The pasta has a strange texture, but not enough to keep me from ordering it again
