I ordered a ring upgrade for my husband for our anniversary and the entire experience has been a disaster. My husband wears a size 10, which is what I ordered. The ring they sent was completely mis-sized and falling off his finger. When I reached out, they forced me to pay for return shipping plus an additional $60 exchange fee. ​When the "exchange" arrived, it was the exact same, oversized ring. They did absolutely nothing to fix the issue but happily pocketed the extra money. Because our vow renewal was approaching, I didn't have the time to keep playing games, paying for shipping, and risking another $60 fee, so I had to order from a different vendor entirely. ​Now, this company is refusing to issue a refund, refusing a return, and refusing to take any responsibility for their faulty sizing. Their ring sizing is completely non-standard even for "comfort sizing", and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the stress and the money—shop elsewhere.
