We purchased the Venice Recliner in Cinnamon Brown on May 5th and it was delivered on May 22nd. Delivery went without any issues. The chair looks fantastic and is very comfortable. It feels very sturdy and well made. The only issue with comfort we have had, is that my husband is about 6 ft. tall and the top of the headrest hits him more on the back of the neck and leaves his head without support. The charging port on the side of the chair did not work upon delivery, but Hydeline customer service was easy to work with and they sent out the replacement part & scheduled service to replace it very quickly. This is now fixed and we have had no further issues. We were very nervous to order such an expensive item online, especially without being able to sit in it first, but we decided to take a chance, due to Hydeline's return policy. I messaged to confirm that we could return this at no charge for ANY reason, and they confirmed - so we took the chance. With all that being said, we are very happy with our purchase and we would definitely consider purchasing the matching couch, if we are ever in the market for a new one.

WORTH IT!

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our cheap couch. I've been to physical therapy a few times for my neck and back, so wanted something that 1. had neck support, 2. reclined, 3. wasn't hideous, and 4. wasn't insanely expensive. This couch hit all of those requirements! It arrived pretty quickly, the delivery service was very communicative and set up our couch without issue. For those wondering, it comes in pieces. We live in a 2nd floor apartment and had no issues getting it up the stairs and through door ways.
