I researched for weeks to try and find replacements for our Flexsteel living room furniture. Read reviews and went with this in a vanilla leather color. Beautiful soft leather and looks to be quality and well designed and built. Communication and the entire purchase was great. Shippers did a great job sitting it up for us and that was free, heck local 20 mile delivery wanted payment for delivery. The communication though in how good it is will always be why we buy from here in the future. Also the warranty is way above anyone I could find. Thank you 👍

Disappointed Too Tired to Hassel

Overall, good quality, comfortable, looks great... BUT we have the sofa and loveseat set up in an L config where you can see the back of the loveseat and there is "extra" leather with stitching that does not match the opposite side as if it were cut incorrectly. Its kind of an eye sore from this perspective. I waited too long for my patience but to be fair they said 3 weeks and it was three weeks, point is Im not ready to deal with customer service and get the run around and wait yet another 3 weeks. I put a table in front to hide it.
