An amazing instructional on one of my favorite chokes since white belt. In the video Kennet shows you everything you need to know about the Ezekiel, from theory to setups and applications from different positions. It also contains great information about mount maintainance, and a very cool section about skill development. This will help my game for sure, and can’t wait to put it all into practice!

The absolute greatest benefit are the training and mindset strategies for your jiu jitsu!! I love the Ezikiel. I love this instructional!!!
