SD100 Outdated

My SDS 100 will not take a charge from the mini USB and it will not take an update. Therefore, I cannot update my SDS 100 any further than it is now. The keys were very expensive and my scanner will not accept them because it is outdated. The web site led me to believe I purchased the keys on a mini sd card but they were downloaded keys. Very disappointed.
