This instructional seems to cover all the bases for a solid clinch game, and is such a great option for beginners hoping to establish a solid foundation, or more experienced practitioners hoping to round out their fundamentals. The section describing multiple different Locks and how to apply them was great, and the MMA additions section at the end was a fantastic touch, with practical information for everyone to consider regardless of their sport.

Super Worth It

Everyone knows Matt Brown has some of the best clinch work in MMA ever. This instructional doesn't disappoint. Great instruction, lots of knowledge.
