International Harvester Tractor Hat- Distressed Black

Hat does not fit like all the other hats I got

I have bought several of these hats in the past and they have all fit well but this one did not. The hats that I have gotten in the past with the headmost label in them fit fine but the international harvester had with the angry minnow label in it was not close to fitting at the maximum size limit. So it makes me hesitant to order more
