Great product BUT…

The product itself is great, but I’m giving 3 stars due to the customer service experience. I qualified for free shipping and even added additional items to my order specifically to meet the requirement. I understand that website issues and glitches can happen, so I reached out to customer service more than two weeks ago to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response. A family member has been a longtime customer, which is what encouraged me to start trying different products and placing my own orders. While I’m happy with the product, the lack of communication has left me hesitant about making future purchases. If an issue arises again, I’m not confident that I’ll be able to get the support I need.
