Leather not soft

Was not able to use as the harnesses were too big for small dogs and the leather was not easily adjustable as the leather is hard to adjust. Kept them so I would not need to return UK

Leather not soft

Was not able to use as the harnesses were too big for small dogs and the leather was not easily adjustable as the leather is hard to adjust. Kept them so I would not need to return UK
