This humidor is exactly as advertised. It has been running for just over a week and it is outstanding. The interaction with Elegant Bar was fantastic and the FedEx delivery went exactly as schedule with no issues. The unit maintains temperature and humidity constantly. I am including a short video that allows the viewer to hear the system running when you open the door. When closed it is very quiet, but it still circulating the air in the background. On initial set up you will need 1.75 gallons of distilled water. It is very easy to fill the reservoir and the unit will beep until you add the correct amount of water. Once it senses it is filled the lighting will flash. Well worth the extra cost to upgrade to this model from lesser cost units.

I researched climate controlled humidors, prior to purchasing the MON2800A. The reviews were very good. When I made the call, I spoke with Jied. She was so very helpful and professional. She answered any questions I had and assured me I had purchased a quality product. I explained to her at the time of ordering, I was working out of town and was trying to time the arrival of the humidor, with my returning home. She took care of that. It arrived on or around December 16th of 2022, as arranged. It was very well packaged and protected. I inspected it, prior to the delivery driver leaving and all was well. I got it inside and unpackaged it. I let it sit overnight before plugging it in. I plugged it in the next day and waited another day after setting the temperature and humidity level, I desired. The next day I put cigars inside and it has been working magnificently since then. It keeps the humidity level +- 1% as advertised. it is a gorgeous unit and I am so very pleased with it.
