Ovoid this product and hope you don’t have customer service issues.
Brand new, the mouthpiece with the lock valve would not seal it would not hold suction. Air would mix with the water so could not get any sufficient amount of water out. Asked for customer service refund or exchange. Has been an ongoing issue without resolution for over 2 weeks…
