I recently bought multiple items online, but there was an issue with one of them being the wrong size. I went in and the woman who helped me was awesome. She helped fix the issue from the order and assisted me so much while I was looking around. This is my favorite place to go for body jewelry, everyone on the staff has always been super friendly and ready to help anyone who walks in.

They are beautiful and almost completely perfect which can be hard for natural stones I love them except I made the mistake of not knowing you need to get a gauge smaller than what you were in order for them to be able to be put in your ear from the double flare. I should have researched before I bought but it's ok. They are fantastic for what they are just research before you buy body jewelry.
