Great product but ordering difficulties

TEKNET doesn't show their product model numbers on their product catalog pages or their product flyers, only brief technical specs which are the same or similar for many products. So its very easy to order the wrong product (which I did). If you knew the correct model you can get to their technical data sheet for the product your thinking of, confirm that it's what you want, and order it. Whew!!
