These mugs are beautiful! I was so happy to receive them. They’re perfect . Have a very comfortable fit and are deep. Holds 16 oz of coffee. . when i opened the box of 4 found all but one were broken. I contacted Platzgraff and they wanted to see photos. I sent 2 pictures and they said to throw them away and they are sending replacements. All of this took place in one afternoon. Product and customer service are excellent! If I could give ten stars I would,!!
