Easy to work with if Wrong size is sent

I would like to tank Chris in Customer Service for his help. The initial was for Medium helmet but a SM-MED was to larger. Using the online system to return it recommended a Large which resulted n a LG-XLG too big for me . Working with Chris he was able to assure me the next helmet was going to be correct as he explained the wrong helmet was shipped initially. The helmet I have now is a Med-Large which fits great. Still breaking it so to speak but can tell this helmet so much better than ones at box stores

Decided to go with a medium & I love it! Very adjustable & incredibly lightweight!

Good helmet

I like the sun visor and airflow. Easy to adjust and the matte khaki goes well with the matte olive of my 4130. No complaints after two weeks of daily commuting.
