Works and leaves mounting room

Holds a butyl road tube, two levers and a multitool without too much cramming. The low profile helps a lot if you only have a bit of seatpost exposed and still want to mount a light or radar. I haven't been out in any downpours yet, but it's stayed dry through light rain.
