Amazing

Not pleased at first

So my delivery arrived but unfortunately I was not happy. 2 roses broke off of stem laying on bottom of box. Top flowers on top of dome were flattened. Upset, I emailed TMR. Within 10 minutes I had a response wanting to see pictures. Again within 10 minutes they responded, particularly a rep named Heydi. She was lovely and replaced the arrangement. It came within 3 days and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with how they handled the problem and would definitely use them again!
