Manly Bands has some issues
The website promised me a custom ring would be ready by May 22nd, but I didn't get the ring until late into June following a logistical circus. It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I think Manly Bands should spend less money on advertising and more on the infrastructure of producing their products.
The customer service people were relatively responsive, but they had little power to get anything accomplished and were always waiting on various managers; said managers seemed to reflect the company's lack of professionalism, urgency, and capability. I don't have a lot of confidence in Manly Bands.
The ring I received in the end was fine, but it lacked official documentation that made my fiancee pretty leery. I'm in a weird position now of considering buying her a nicer ring in the future if and when I can get more money, which is never a great mindset to have in the realm of romance.
