Profitec Pro 500/600 Cup Warming Tray

Everything about the Profitec 600 is exceptional. From the warming tray to the double boiler, everything is very well engineered and designed. And, most important, the espresso is wonderful. The 600 is a whole experience of excellent coffee and microfoam to support it.

I contacted Clive to have this replacement sent after I ordered the Pro 600 machine and received the original tray bent pretty severely and they sent me the replacement and I received yet ANOTHER bent tray! Instead of contacting Clive, I just bent it back in place to the best of my ability. It's still not perfect but it's much better. I gave 4 stars since I was able to bend it back into "Ok" condition. For such an expensive machine, you would expect more! The Pro 600 is a great machine though!
