The bag in person is underwhelming and lacks quality. The color is much darker in the photos. I placed an order on 6/30 and followed up a week later by email three times in three days with no reply until after it shipped 13 days later. Overall, product not worth the price and customer service is better from my bodega cat below my apartment.

Small but cute!
Very functional tote it is small but holds alot. It has a zipper closure which is nice most totes don't. You will like this versatile tote!
