Dr. Weil has always said drinking clean or distilled water is the best way to stay hydrated and that sports drinks have succeeded due primarily to successful marketing campaigns. However, Matcha-Aid is interesting due to its proprietary ingredients, perceived purity and that it exists unlike any other products in grocery stores. So far, we enjoy the subtle sweetness and drink Matcha-Aid typically after a morning workout or trail run, several times each week. So far, so good!
