I initially ordered the wrong model of holder for my car. I couldn't get the base to stay in place! The support team was wonderful to work with! They asked for detailed pictures. Once I sent the pictures they immediately noticed that I had ordered the wrong part to fit my vehicle properly. I recieved the replacement part quickly, and problem solved! Perfect fit for my Jeep Grand Cherokee (2018). Easy install. Well made, and the phone does not move during rough conditions.

The quality is SPECTACULAR. my husband researched phone mounts and asked for one of these for Christmas. He loves his, so I bought one for my car. Holy moly, it's awesome. It mounts easily and isn't in the way at all. It's entirely metal, so no plastic bits to break off. It's almost indestructible! If you think it's expensive, well, you get what ya pay for. It's worth every penny!!!!
