Passion Flower Tea

We have used passion flower capsules in the past as a supplement. Having the tea is a great way to get the same benefit. For us, it is best with a little honey.

Calming and pleasant

I usually prefer to drink tea with multiple ingredients (white açai is a fave) but decided to try this one as a bedtime tea. I am very pleased with it. I alternate it with chamomile and lemon grass.
