What did we do without this?

I was in a sound bath meditation in Australia when I discovered this product. I came back to the US and immediately purchased two. We have used it for many different purposes. Sleeping in bed, propping up my pillow, physical therapy session, watching TV. Meditating. I’m sure I’ll find more uses. It’s super comfy, supportive and relaxing. Excellent quality. Awesome meditation pillow

I bought this pillow because the sound bath place I go to has the whole Walden set up. I love how comfortable my head feels during meditation. It cradles my head perfectly. I also use this with a buckwheat filled yoga bolstet for extreme comfort during meditation.

Comfort

The buckwheat filled head pillow is the perfect head and neck support during a meditation session. Neither too soft nor too hard.
