My husband loves mac and cheese and lasagna so we’ve been meal prepping the leftovers into 2 cup containers. He gets to bring easy to microwave food to work & we have standardized how much we plan to cook and eat in a week.

is very much worth purchasing ... I do leftovers or just simply cook and freeze for another day.. I like certain foods, hubby did not... so this works, I can pull out of the freezer what is liked.

These silicone food saver cube system cubes are the BEST for meal prep, portioning & freezing. When I heard my husband’s elderly relative was having trouble “cooking for one”, I bought a bunch of these, made some of my favorite dishes in the crock pot, and filled up a few Souper Cubes & froze them. I’ll give them to him & he’ll have an easy time popping out a perfect Meal for One. Terrific purchase.
