We didn’t want to bother complaining about the second shipment, but unfortunately it came in a box. The ice packs were melted and the probiotic again was not the right temperature. I’ve ordered this in the past and it was sent properly by Federal Express or whatever carrier used so please revisit whoever is boxing it they are not doing the proper job.

In a class of its own

I'm glad to have found a reputable probiotic manufacturer and seller -- it's rarer than you'd think. Healthy Trinity arrives in dark glass bottles alongside ice-packs to protect the integrity and potency of the bacteria, which are themselves safely segregated within each pill to prevent one strain from dominating the others. And so far so good -- a couple of weeks on these pills seems to be improving regularity.

My daughter and I love this product! My daughter has Crohns and can’t live with out this to keep her balanced. She has tried many others but this works best for her. I like it as well.
