Yes, had a regular cane bought in pharmacy with black handle ok for small trips. Did the trick or did it? Walked slightly longer round the duck pond snd gosh had really achy hand, blister on my finger where I held the handle. So looked and found Cool Crutch brand walking sticks. Dithered and delayed but then bought one. My goodness a complete game changer! The ergonomic handle was not only 100% more comfortable but spread the grip better in my hand. The neoprene handle cover is fabulous. No hand aches whatsoever and not a blister in sight. The actual cane was more sturdy and the ferrule more grippy yet the stick looked elegant which made the way I walked with a more confident air and made the way I felt about myself using a stick much much better, I have had a couple of compliments aleady from strangers in fact. Why did I wait before making a cool Crutch purchase? This has helped me so much with my mobility which was the main reason for the purchase but additionally with my emotional well-being which is extra bonus. Thank you Cool Crutches.

It took me ages to finally order a walking stick from Cool Crutches - I think I was beating myself up about having to use one (recent diagnosis of MS) but on a positive note I’m really pleased that I did. The stick is comfortable to use, doesn’t make too much noise and gives me that extra support I sometimes need. Thank you to the whole team for designing an aid that can also express each one of us that needs it.
