I smoked it in a stove top smoker for 4 hours and then gave it a sear on my Pit Boss.
Was delicious. I think I should've smoked it another few hours to render more of the fat.
Nonetheless, it was Fabulous!
I have two more chances to make it perfect.

Received it on time sitting in my freezer have not cooked the Dino ribs yet can’t wait. I usually get short rib plate. We will see.
