Solid instructional

As I mainly focus on Gi, K-Guard was not a focus topic for me. But the success of it in competition really caught my awareness and this instructional helped me a lot to get an understanding and start implementing it into my game. Highly recommended!

Solid Teqhniques

Adam is a great teacher. I bought this instructional to get an introduction into the K guard and see what you can do with it. This is detailed without being TOO much detail. The techniques shown compliment and build on one another and there are little gems thrown out here and there. All in all, a great instructional and I hope to see more from Adam.
