Cracked wheat
I have been eating this Lehi Mills cracked wheat since I was a little girl. I have turned my grandkids onto the cereal. My only complaint is that, I use to make it the night before (using the old recipe) and now it is to watery.

Yum, creamy Cracked Wheat cereal
Five grams fiber, 5 grams protein per 140 calorie serving. Creamy with full flavor, I eat with walnuts and a drop of honey on top or sprinkle of raisins and banana. The children and teenagers love it!
