I was using another popular organic bread flour and had poor results. On the advise of a friend who suggested Lehi All Purpose Organic Flour I switched and My first loaf of bread was amazing and I continue to bake beautiful loafs of Sourdough bread. The gluten is so strong and the windowpanes amaze me. I had to increase the hydration in my recipes cause this flour can handle a higher hydration.Thank you Lehi Mills for this beautiful flour. It makes making bread so enjoyable.
