I have used Lehi Rolling Mills flour for years and moved away and could not find it locally. I was so excited I could have it shipped to me.

Great flour

The flour tastes great. Quality product. I only wish it had a finer texture. Granted, the texture may be a plus for many people, for me it isn’t.

Sourdough bread

I’ve always made white sourdough bread but over Healthier diet, I’m now making my bread with hole wheat. I’m actually am amazed that I like the whole wheat as well as I liked the white. The whole wheat flower makes wonderful bread.
