I have had issues with UPS. They always made it right.

They are Composting Beasts

The box arrived a week ago, crushed (USPS). Keep in mind they only ship these out on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. I ordered late on a Wednesday so I had to wait for them to ship them out on their next shipping day, which is Monday. The grubs were smaller than grains of rice when received, but they are growing very quick. I should have a couple weeks left of composing before they crawl out of the system to become pupae. The video was taken on day 6.
