I ordered the wrong hair color but they made it so easy to complete a return. I sent an email with my request and I was promptly sent return labels. Once I returned the hair and it was received, a refund was credited to my account to make the correct purchase. Easy! I appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the customer service.
