ShakeSphere Tumbler Cooler Shaker Ombre Green

The shaker is largely fine and functions as it should. However, the edge of the lid broke extremely easily (bear in mind these are not inexpensive bottles) so I contacted customer support to arrange a replacement and they have not responded. That’s now over a week with no reply. In a nutshell, shaker is quite good but fragile, customer service is lacking.
