I love this Vita clay. I am able to cook wondnerful broths in a short period of time and make the most amazing recipes.

Incorrect item sent

I ordered and was excited to try the cooker. After reading reviews, I opted for the more durable stoneware. It took longer to receive because of a shipping delay, which isn’t the sellers fault. However, I received the wrong item. I contacted support and asked if I could just order a stoneware pot but they aren’t not compatible with the unit. I would have to ship the whole thing back and wait for the return to be received and processed before they would send a replacement. I am a busy mom and I needed a slow cooker so I said I would keep what they sent. I am now being asked to pay the difference in price for their mistake.

This is a must for a healthy kitchen! I love the pot and all its functions and feel good about making soup! This pot has made soup-making easier and more pleasant for sure. Love the fact that it is non toxic. Great invention! Reasonable price and great customer service as well! Thank You!☺
