Wonderful earrings, need better backs

I LOVE my dragon earrings, and I gifted a pair of dagger earrings that were received with excitement. The only downside is the screw on backs, which are little balls. It's very difficult for me to keep them turned just right to go on the post. I have swapped them for some screw on backings that are disc shaped, with a whole on only one side. They are so much easier. The earrings are really exquisite, so I hope you will consider easier backs in the future.
