GREAT experience... UPS delivered and left ON OUR FENCE ( no kidding)... couldn't find for a few days.. luchessse offered to send a replacement even though no fault of theirs... found bag a few days later and all worked out.. but the fact that these guys were willing to send a duplicate has sure cemented them in my memory..

It still smells new! Do yourself a favor and pick one up for yourself! It is well constructed and the feel is great! Very pleased!
