Hybrid Carving and Roasting Set

I haven't used the roast pan yet. But the whole family using the board every day. Love it.

Was able to receive and use this for my Thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic. The cutting board was awesome in catching the excess juices of the cut turkey in the catch pan. As for the roaster, I have never had easier cleanup. I highly recommend any HexClad products.

Quality is better than expected, carving knife is extremely sharp and the cutting board is bigger and heavier than you find at other places, there is a reason why it’s more expensive and also it’s lifetime warranty, seeing these makes me think about buying the whole set of pots and pans
