Top band is very tight

The main body of the stocking fits just fine, but I found the top band so tight it felt like a tourniquet. I also bought a pair of Medi Assure and a pair of Jobst and neither of them had that same problem. I returned the Therafirm and bought another pair of Medi Assure.
