Mount bracket replacement

The team at outbound lighting, provided exceptional service. I had an issue with my mounting bracket. I reached out to him and shared my concern. They asked me to send a couple pictures. The following day they responded and said that they would send out a replacement part immediately. It arrived within a couple days free of charge. I’ve had these lights for a few years now, and the quality of the product is top-notch.

great stand alone light mount

not a universal mount for this light but its a great and solid piece. I like the light so much I bought a mountin for most of my bikes. pending $70 on a few light mounts feels silly but having the right light and not swaping mounts is well worth it.

Not quite straight

When tightened up my 2 new mounts point a little to the right. They just aren’t quite square to the bars. Now in practice this is not perceptible in the light throw, but it will trigger some OCD for some. My old original metal mount was dead straight but it was wearing out after 4 years or more of use. New mounts are solid and shake free.
