There's a lot to like about the equipment. Relatively easy to put together although some of the parts numbering doesn't match the instructions. The leg curl is very smooth. However when you do the leg extension it isn't as smooth. This is the only reason not giving it 5 stars. I do like that you can move between the 2 with ease. Very solid piece of equipment
