I was so excited to receive my 75 gal AIO diy kit but there as a problem with the return kit not fitting in to the hole to connect to the pump and when I reached out there was no phone to call only email so I emailed and someone answered and said they would send out the right part but when I received the new part it was the same as the one I got so I reach out again with a email and picture to prove only to receive a email from them asking for more pictures. I don’t understand I provided pictures once and now I am not happy with the product and I won’t be recommending this or any of your other products to friends or family if this is the way y’all conduct business.
