I started using Mad Rabbit about 2 months ago, first with just the balm stick, instant love! I now use almost all of the products on a daily basis. I have full sleeves on both arms, some of the tats go back at least 15 years ago. All are much brighter and defined using Mad Rabbit products. I do not have ink on my face or neck yet, I do use Mad Rabbit body lotion on my face, wow smooth as silk. I have very sensitive skin, no problem. Oh and I am not a young gal, I am 76 and still getting a few more tattoos. I highly recommend the products.

What changed in your formula?

I have been a loyal customer for a few years. I received my last order just about 3 weeks ago. I noticed the container for the numbing cream had changed and it looked a bit different, but dismissed it. I had a tattoo on 2/10/25 and put the leftover from my older container on my arm. Worked great as usual. I used the newer formula on my leg since she was starting my leg sleeve that day. I always apply it and wrap it up for a minimum of 1-1.5 hours before my session. Usually, it's numb for a minimum of 4 hours. She started my leg and oh man, the pain was definitely there. We just attributed it to her starting a little later vs. my arm. It sucked, but it's not my first. So 2 hours of pain it was. Yesterday, she worked on my leg again and I had used the new cream again. I applied it at 8:45 for a 10am appt. There was 0% numbing. I somehow managed to sit for a 4 hour tattoo with no pain relief. I cannot risk this happening again, so I will no longer be a customer.
